ズブロッカ
ズブロッカ（ジュブルフカ ?ubr?wka）とは、ウォッカにバイソングラス（ズブロッカ草、ヨーロッパバイソンが好んで食べる）を漬けて香りを移したポーランド産のアルコール飲料のことである。桜餅のような香りがする。ボトルにバイソングラスが一緒に詰められており、そのため薄黄緑色に着色され独特の芳香がある。ただし、アメリカ合衆国|アメリカで売られているものにはバイソングラスは使われず、人工的に着香されている。バイソングラスに含まれる芳香成分クマリンが同国の法律により食品への利用が禁じられているためである。
